When is the delivery date?

<Delivery date>
 If you do not specify a desired pick-up date, your order will be shipped within 10 days of your order date. If you are unable to receive the item, please specify the desired date in advance.

<Return policy>
 We will not be able to provide refunds for items that have not been received for a long period of time after being shipped and have reached their expiry date or are returned. Please note.
If there is a mix-up of products during standard delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product .

How much is the shipping cost?

Standard shipping is 1,100 yen (tax included), and shipping for items that require freezing or refrigeration is 1,650 yen (tax included). Additionally, for some areas (Hokkaido, Northern Tohoku, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu, and Okinawa), additional shipping fees will be charged.

If the total amount of products per order is 15,000 yen or more (tax included), basic shipping is free. If the total amount of products per order is 35,000 yen or more (tax included), regional shipping is also free.

What payment methods do you accept?

① Credit card
We accept VISA, American Express, JCB, and Mastercard.

② Cash on delivery (Yamato Transport)
This is a method in which you pay the purchase price and cash-on-delivery fee directly to the delivery person when the product is delivered. Depending on the amount spent, the following fees will be charged at the time of delivery.

  • 11,000 yen or less: 330 yen (tax included)
  • Less than 16,500 yen: 440 yen (tax included)
  • 16,500 yen or more: Free

*Cash on delivery cannot be used if the total amount exceeds 300,000 yen (tax included).
*When collecting payments, you cannot pay by credit card, gift certificate, electronic money, or smartphone payment service.
