Amazake with a rich texture that fully captures the power of germinated brown rice

This is a fresh amazake made with germinated brown rice koji, which is rare for amazake. Organic rice is made into germinated brown rice koji, which is then used as the raw material to make amazake. It is non-heat sterilized, sugar-free, and additive-free, allowing you to fully enjoy the power of germinated brown rice. This amazake has a rich texture that retains the granular texture of germinated brown rice.

Amazake is so nutritious that it is sometimes referred to as a drinkable IV drip, and Kiemon's fresh amazake contains no additives, alcohol, or sugar.It is not sterilized by heat, so the koji mold is activated and the rich nutrients remain, making it a health food that can be enjoyed as fresh amazake.

It will be delivered frozen, so it is also recommended as a Japanese summer dessert as it is.

    Kiyemon is located in Ujitawara town in the southern part of Kyoto and produces organic food using organically grown rice, Shintanba black soybeans, white soybeans, fruit and other ingredients, without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
