<Delivery date>

If you do not specify a desired delivery date, the item will be shipped within 10 days of the order date. If this is difficult for you to receive the item, please specify a desired delivery date in advance.

<Return Policy>

We cannot offer refunds for products that have not been received for a long period of time after shipping and have reached the expiration date, or for products that have been returned.If the product was delivered by standard shipping and there is a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

<Shipping fee>

The following shipping charges will be applied. If you purchase room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen items at the same time, they will be shipped separately and shipping charges will be added for each item.

*To maintain the quality of wine, it will be shipped refrigerated in the summer (April - September) and by standard mail in the winter (October - March).

Shipping cost example:

If you purchase room temperature and frozen items at the same time from Osaka, the shipping fee will be 2,730 yen in total (room temperature shipping fee 1,200 yen + frozen shipping fee 1,530 yen).

If you purchase room temperature, frozen, and refrigerated items at the same time from Osaka, the shipping fee will be 4,260 yen in total (room temperature shipping fee 1,200 yen + frozen shipping fee 1,530 yen + refrigerated shipping fee 1,530 yen).
