[FURIKAKE Recipe] 🎃✨️Roasted Menina Pumpkin✨️🎃with FURIKAKE No. 4
Introducing an easy and delicious recipe using our new furikake, "COFEE & PAPRIKA SPICE RUB FURIKAKE"!
This time, we roasted large, sweet Menina pumpkins from Gomez Farm in Ohara and finished them with fragrant spices.

【material】
◆ Menina pumpkin (peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces)
◆ Olive oil or rice flour oil
◆ FURIKAKE No.4 [Coffee & Paprika Spice Rub]
【How to make】
1. Prepare the pumpkin
Lightly peel the Menina pumpkin and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Drizzle with oil and spices
Drizzle olive oil (or rice flour oil) over the pumpkin and sprinkle FURIKAKE evenly over it.
3. Roast
Roast in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes. The sweetness of the pumpkin and the spices are a perfect match, creating an appetizing aroma.
4. Arrange freely!
After roasting, they're delicious on their own, but you can also make a paste and use it to make soup or as a salad base. Add onions, potatoes, tomatoes, and cucumbers for a pumpkin salad! The unique combination of coffee, paprika, and pumpkin creates a rich and flavorful dish. The deep body and bitterness of the coffee complements the sweetness of the pumpkin, while the smoky, slightly spicy accent of the paprika enhances the overall flavor. It's perfect for enhancing the umami of your favorite dishes!
"FURIKAKE" was born after much trial and error , making the most of local bounty and being particular about not wasting even the skins and seeds of the fresh vegetables and fruits received from farmers. With just one sprinkle, it brings a new "umami" and "flavor" to your cooking and dining table, as well as a harmony of nature.
