Fresh vegetable and fruit peels and seeds delivered directly from farmers. These parts are usually thrown away, but they are packed with nutrients and flavor. We carefully dry them and blend them with spices and herbs based on the wisdom of Ayurveda. This is how we created FURIKAKE, a seasoning that will soothe your body and soothe your soul.

Balance your doshas through diet

Ayurveda, a preventive medicine originating in India and Sri Lanka, believes that our life energy, or "dosha," maintains the balance of the mind and body. Dosha consists of three qualities: Vata (wind), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (earth), and each person has a different balance of these.

When you feel unwell in your daily life, it is a sign that your doshas are out of balance. By achieving an optimal balance, you can maintain a healthy mind and body and lead a healthier life.

🔥Pitta (Fire) Dominant:

This combination has a cooling effect on Pitta. It is balanced by the cooling properties of seaweed and white sesame seeds and the energizing properties of cashews and pink pepper. The moderate amount of salt also helps to calm Pitta.

🍃Vata (Air) Dominant:

White sesame, cashews, and seaweed alleviate the dryness and coldness of Vata. Pink pepper aids digestion and provides energy, while salt provides stability. This is a great combination for stabilizing Vata.

🌊 Kapha (Earth/Water) Dominant:

Salt replenishes Kapha, but be careful with the amount you consume as cashews and white sesame seeds are high in fat. Pink pepper and seaweed add lightness and aid digestion, but be careful as excessive salt intake can increase Kapha.
