Fresh vegetable and fruit peels and seeds delivered directly from farmers. These parts are usually thrown away, but they are packed with nutrients and flavor. We carefully dry them and blend them with spices and herbs based on the wisdom of Ayurveda. We have created **FURIKAKE**, which will tone your body and soothe your soul. It can also be used as an accent in salads and soups. Mix it with olive oil and eat it with bread instead of butter. It is a dish that will add a new layer of flavor and health to your everyday meals.

Balance your doshas through diet

Ayurveda, a preventive medicine originating in India and Sri Lanka, believes that our life energy, or "dosha," maintains the balance of the mind and body. Dosha consists of three qualities: Vata (wind), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (earth), and each person has a different balance of these.
When you feel unwell in your daily life, it is a sign that your doshas are out of balance. By achieving an optimal balance, you can maintain a healthy mind and body and lead a healthier life.


"PUMPKIN & BEETS FURIKAKE" is recommended for those with excess Pitta. This combination also has a positive effect on Vata.

It is especially beneficial for those who are concerned about cold or heat. If you have an excess of Kapha, you should be careful about the amount of fat you consume, but if used in balance, it is a harmonious combination of ingredients overall.

🔥If Pitta (Fire) is dominant:

This combination is cooling to pitta and is therefore very suitable for those with excess pitta. Its sweet taste and cooling properties soothe pitta inflammation and heat.

🍃Vata (Air) Dominant:  

Pumpkin and cashews help to alleviate the dryness and coldness of Vata, providing stability.  The fats in white sesame seeds and cashews support Vata.

🌊 Kapha (Earth/Water) Dominant:

This combination, especially the fats from white sesame and cashew nuts, replenishes Kapha, so people with excess Kapha should be careful. It is best to eat in moderation and add spices and light ingredients.

Taste: Sweet, bitter, oily. Effect: Stabilizes Vata and cools Pitta.
Replenishes Kapha.
Suitable for: People with excess Pitta and Vata.

4. Cashews

Taste: Sweet, Fatty Effect: Cools Pitta, supports Vata, and replenishes Kapha.
Suitable for: Recommended for those with a dominant Pitta and Vata.
