Arriba cacao beans native to the Ecuadorian Amazon, certified using the traditional Chacra farming method.
These 100% pure cocoa beans are made from the rare Arriba (Nacional) variety, which accounts for only 2% of the world's cocoa production and is cultivated in the lush tropical rainforests of Ecuador, South America. They are characterized by a rich, vibrant aroma and an exquisite balance of sourness, bitterness, and sweetness. Recommended for those who want to enjoy the true flavor of cocoa, or as a health-conscious snack. They are the raw material for the "100% Amazonian Cocoa Chocolate" sold in our shop.

While these cocoa beans are typically fermented for 5 to 7 days, these Arriba cacao beans are fermented for just 4 days, resulting in a light and elegant flavor that makes the most of the unique floral aroma and delicate acidity.
