An Alsace white wine made by sisters that is extremely easy to drink
This wine is carefully selected from producers who practice sustainable farming and cultivation. This small winery occupies 14 hectares in the commune of Wettolsheim, 5 kilometers southwest of Colmar. The terroir is composed of stony soils of marl and limestone types, as well as sandy clay. This classic Riesling is gorgeous and fruity, with just the right amount of petrol.
This dish pairs perfectly with cold wakame seaweed ceviche, summer vegetables tossed in salted lemon and olive oil, and tempeh sandwiches, and is perfect with any plant-based dish. Recommended for Japanese cuisine in general.
