Ingredients: Cassia, ginger, cardamom, caraway, cloves, star anise, juniper berries, black pepper

Directions for 1 cup:
Bring 120ml of water to a boil in a small saucepan and add 1 teaspoon of spices.
Boil over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves (black tea, roasted green tea, rooibos tea, oolong tea, etc.).
Boil over low heat for 1 minute, then add 100ml of milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
Finally, add sugar (cane sugar, honey, maple syrup) and dissolve until done.

It is also delicious when boiled as a spiced tea and drunk as is.
