These are scraps of kelp harvested in Hiroo Town, Tokachi, a kelp specialty area. Seeking a way to reuse these scraps, which would normally be thrown away, Mr. Hoshi Koichi came up with a new type of kelp. He researched the size of the kelp to crush based on an analysis of its components, and pursued deliciousness.
Just like the infinite stardust that spreads out into space, it will expand the deliciousness of your food infinitely.
