Healthy soybean flour made from organic soybeans
Orikasa Farm is a farm in Tokachi, Hokkaido, where they cultivate soybeans, mustard, wheat, and other crops naturally, based on the mottos of "delicious," "safe," and "secure."
This soybean flour is made from black soybeans and Kurosengoku soybeans, which are grown naturally in certified organic fields without the use of chemical pesticides, fertilizers, or compost. The soybeans are roasted for a long time to create a fragrant finish.
