Plant-based Kimchi Mix
This kimchi base is made with 100% plant-based ingredients, without using shrimp or seafood as seasonings. It uses oligosaccharides for sweetness instead of refined sugar, and uses akkeshi grass salt to bring out richness and umami, with other ingredients carefully selected. It's a natural kimchi base with a light and gentle flavor that's delicious even though it's plant-based.
How to use: Enjoy kimchi at home easily. Just cut up your favorite ingredients and mix!
Watery or bitter ingredients will taste better if you add a little salt and drain them. You can also use it as a seasoning for cooking.
Ingredients: Onion (domestic), apple (domestic), oligosaccharide (made in Korea), chili powder, akkeshi grass salt, sun-dried salt, organic soy sauce (contains wheat and soybeans), kelp, garlic, ginger
Storage method: Refrigerate (can be frozen, thaw naturally before use)
