This vinegar is made from white wine vinegar, with the scent of elderflower and lime, and plenty of concentrated apple juice.

Elderflower is a plant that blooms in spring with its lovely cream-colored flowers. In Europe, it has long been known as an herb that relieves symptoms such as colds and hay fever and has a relaxing effect. Its sweet, fruity fragrance, likened to that of Muscat grapes, is appealing, and it pairs perfectly with lime and apple!

Characteristics: A fresh and sweet vinegar made from concentrated apple juice and wine vinegar.

Ingredients: Wine vinegar (sulphites), sugar, apple juice concentrate (27%), water, natural lime flavour (0.5%), flavouring, natural elderflower flavour (0.05%), antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite. *The fragrance is natural.
Allergies: Sulfur dioxide and sulfites

Food pairings: Vegetable and fruit salads, orange juice, coconut milk, and yogurt. Mix with carbonated water or mineral water, add to cheesecake, serve with fruit whipped cream, or add to champagne as an aperitif.

Compatible oils : It goes very well with ZWK's lemon olive oil, sesame oil, and flaxseed oil.

How to preserve elderflower apple lime vinegar:
Vinegar is sensitive to temperature changes, and whitish, jellyfish-like floating particles may appear in the vinegar. This is because bacteria called acetic acid bacteria, which are present in the air, enter the vinegar, multiply, and produce a white substance called cellulose (a type of polysaccharide). These acetic acid bacteria and cellulose are harmless to the human body, so there is no need to worry. If you are concerned, strain the vinegar using a tea strainer or similar before use. We also recommend storing it in the refrigerator after opening.
