Fujiwara Foods, located in Kuramaguchi, Kyoto, is a natto shop that was founded in 1925.

They produce a variety of natto using 100% domestic soybeans, including "Kyoto Natto Large Grain," a Kyoto brand certified product that has won the "National Natto Cooperative Association Chairman's Award" and other awards. Natto, made only from soybeans and natto bacteria, retains the flavor of the beans, allowing you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the beans themselves.

The natto, which is prepared in a stainless steel lunch box (with a wooden lid) created through a collaboration between "Kyoto Natto x Zero Waste Kyoto," contains a whopping 500 grams (one pack of Fujiwara's natto is 80g, so this is about 6 packs plus a little more. In terms of the typical size of commercially available natto packs, this is the equivalent of about 10 packs!) Each lunch box and can is packed with fermentation power.
