The fragrant tart dough is baked using whole wheat flour from Tanba's "Rice Valley," topped with a generous amount of organic nuts and coated in a lightly salted caramel. This delicious dessert is made with mineral-rich, pure brown sugar . A must-try for nut lovers, this nut tart is by far the most popular at Zero Waste Kyoto's "Tasting Kitchen."
All nuts used are organic.
Ingredients: almonds, jungle peanuts, pecans, hazelnuts, cashews, pistachios, and other nuts, whole wheat flour, butter, brown sugar, salt, fresh cream, and light sesame oil
