Rich gluten-free cheesecake

This popular cheesecake was created in Zero Waste Kyoto's "Tasting Kitchen" and is generously made with eggs from free-range chickens grown near Kyoto and mineral-rich, highly pure brown sugar. 　The result is a rich, gluten-free cake that is very satisfying.
