"Ginseng of the Sea" Hamkeshi Grass Salt

This salt is rich in minerals and free of impurities and bitterness. Salicornia is also known as the "ginseng of the sea." It is a halophyte that grows in salt fields and tidal flats, absorbing various minerals, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, and phosphorus, as well as salt dissolved in seawater. It is also effective in reducing salt intake, and its rich umami flavor improves the taste of food.

This salt is made by kneading Hamkeshi grass into natural salt from Docho Island, Korea. It is a completely handmade, natural sun-dried salt that is made without any chemical additives and with great care.

Contains over 11 types of living minerals

Contains 11 natural minerals. It's also kneaded with Akkeshi grass (also known as coral grass or Akkeshi grass), a treasure trove of minerals, and fermented and aged for 100 days! This salt has a strong umami flavor, almost like kelp tea. Just a pinch in your water bottle is an easy way to replenish your salt and minerals in the summer! Recommended for those concerned about reducing salt intake, this "Chinese Herbalist Salt" is also recommended.
