A producer who makes wine only from Sangiovese grown using biodynamic farming methods in Emilia-Romagna. The wine is naturally fermented in oak barrels, aged for 12 months in barrels, and then bottled for 6 months before being bottled, allowing you to enjoy concentrated fruit flavors, complex nuances, and a mellow texture.

About cultivation methods
Biodynamics farming method. The field faces east to southeast at an altitude of 130 to 230 m. Planting density: 5500 trees/ha. limestone soil. Harvested by hand in the first half of September. There are Bose speakers in the field, and Mozart is playing.
About the manufacturing method
Only high-quality bunches are hand-crafted for preparation. Fermented in oak barrels. There is no temperature control or yeast addition. Maceration takes approximately one month. Aged with the dregs in French oak barrels for 12 months, then bottled and aged for another 6 months.
